I have been working out with Cyrus Peterson four times a week for three months. I have been thrilled with the results that I have
seen. My goal when I started was to lose 30 Ibs. So far. I am half way through my training and have lost 15 Ibs and feel great. I
am right on track with my goal and have noticed a huge difference in my energy level and muscle tone! Cyrus has really made this a

I have been working out with Cyrus Peterson for almost six months and I have lost over 35 lbs. I set this goal for myself when
I started but had no idea what it would take to get to this point. Cyrus has worked with me every step of the way by designing
meal plans and encouraging me to challenge myself and try new things. I joined Kettlehell Bootkamp in recent months have quickly
seen results. Through the Kettlehell Bootkamp I have really progressed on a physical level. I have quickly burned fat
and built muscle. As a female, everyone asks me if kettlebells make me bulk up but I feel leaner and smaller every week!
Training with kettlebells have helped me in ways that I did not expect, for example, I feel like I have quicker reflexes, better hand-eye
coordination, and it has made me stronger and better at things, like yoga, that I have been doing for years. Although I have
reached my goal, I am excited to continue the bootcamp and see where it may lead! I am deeply appreciative for the things Cyrus
has taught me about health and fitness and for introducing me to kettlebells!
