He is also Coach of The ATC Kettlebell Team which includes several nationally ranked kettlebell athletes. Cyrus has over 20 years of experience in weightlifting and fitness and has worked with people of all levels from special populations to athletes. He began training with Kettlebells 4 years ago and successfully implemented them into his training programs. He subsequently opened a training facility centered around proper training with kettlebells and utilizing kettlebells to increase Athletic performance. Cyrus has been highly successful in his implementation of the WKC Elite Fitness Protocol and brings a wealth of knowledge gained from owning and operating a successful Kettlebell specific training facility. Cyrus is committed to teaching proper and effective kettlebell lifting and also showing fitness professionals and athletic coaches how they can use the kettlebell to maximize performance and results for their clients and athletes. |
